FAQ
Ordering and delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus. Most of our clients are in the EU, the UK, Ukraine, the USA, Canada and the Middle East.
What is the minimum order?
One full pallet for stock cans. For custom-printed cans the minimum is 350,000 units per design.
How fast do you deliver?
Stock cans reach EU customers within 5 working days. On average we dispatch 48 to 72 hours after payment. Delivery dates for custom orders are agreed individually.
Who organises transport?
We do. We work with forwarders and courier companies and include transport in the quote. The price depends on order size, delivery speed and destination.
Can I use my own forwarder?
Yes, on request we can hand the goods to a forwarder you nominate.
Are lids included with the cans?
Lids are priced separately. You can order them with your cans or on their own.
